This is the newest shopping mall that is nearest to the Malaysian immigration checkpoint. It is located directly opposite the JB railway station. It is a modern shopping mall with hundreds of outlets. It is very crowded during the weekends and public holidays. My personal view is that merchandise in this mall is not cheap but reasonably priced.
